When used as directed, it provides effective protection while remaining gentle enough for everyday outdoor use. Simply apply two to three sprays to exposed skin or clothing before heading outdoors. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth, and follow label directions for young children.

During peak tick season (March–November in most of Europe), apply before outdoor activities and reapply every 4–6 hours for continuous protection. After swimming, heavy rain, or excessive sweating, reapply immediately. For best results, follow the recommended reapplication schedule.

A 100ml bottle typically provides around 100–200 applications, depending on the amount used per application and the areas of the body being covered. For most adults, a bottle lasts approximately 2 to 4 weeks with regular use during outdoor activities. If you spend extended periods outdoors or require full-body coverage, usage may be higher. You'll notice the fresh botanical scent for the first 10–15 minutes after application. As the natural essential oil top notes dissipate, the fragrance becomes much more subtle and is generally no longer noticeable to most people. The active ingredients remain on the skin and continue providing protection even after the initial scent has faded.
